1.  Initial Consultation
  • Discuss the selling process and the services the Boyenga team provides and answer questions and concerns you may have.
  • Preview property, take notes on selling points, add amenities, etc.
  • Review comparable Eichler sales and furnish preliminary market analysis
  • Set up a timeline according to your needs, discuss your availability, vendors, home prep, etc.
  • Discuss commissions, pricing, and costs involved in the sale
  • Set up the next appointment for vendors to provide bids if needed
  • Sign the listing agreement and open escrow

2.  Preparing your Eichler or Mid-Century Modern Home for sale
  • Decide what furniture, or items may stay for “Staging” or redesign
  • Provide seller with a list of home detailing resources
  • Make sure your Eichler is prepared spotless clean and ready for inspections
  • Once bids from vendors are received, discuss each improvement and choose vendors
  • Install secure key box for all vendors
  • Vendors are to be put on the schedule and added to the timeline
  • Order termite, radiant heat, and property inspections, roof and pool if needed
  • Order and sign all necessary disclosures and reach out to County assessor
  • Cleaners to give the property a good heavy detailing including all windows
  • Stage property utilizing our Eichler staging specialists
  • Professional Photographer utilized for pictures and virtual tours Discuss and analyze market competition, decide pricing strategy

3. List Property
  • Install a sign, brochures, and electronic key safe (Realtor access only)
  • Set up as a Private Exclusive on Compass.com 
  • Prepare home for Brokers Tour with SILVAR post property on MLS

4. Marketing Property

5. Communications & Feedback
