1. Initial Consultation
- Discuss the selling process and the services the Boyenga team provides and answer questions and concerns you may have.
- Preview property, take notes on selling points, add amenities, etc.
- Review comparable Eichler sales and furnish preliminary market analysis
- Set up a timeline according to your needs, discuss your availability, vendors, home prep, etc.
- Discuss commissions, pricing, and costs involved in the sale
- Set up the next appointment for vendors to provide bids if needed
- Sign the listing agreement and open escrow
2. Preparing your Eichler or Mid-Century Modern Home for sale
- Decide what furniture, or items may stay for “Staging” or redesign
- Provide seller with a list of home detailing resources
- Make sure your Eichler is prepared spotless clean and ready for inspections
- Once bids from vendors are received, discuss each improvement and choose vendors
- Install secure key box for all vendors
- Vendors are to be put on the schedule and added to the timeline
- Order termite, radiant heat, and property inspections, roof and pool if needed
- Order and sign all necessary disclosures and reach out to County assessor
- Cleaners to give the property a good heavy detailing including all windows
- Stage property utilizing our Eichler staging specialists
- Professional Photographer utilized for pictures and virtual tours Discuss and analyze market competition, decide pricing strategy
3. List Property
- Install a sign, brochures, and electronic key safe (Realtor access only)
- Set up as a Private Exclusive on Compass.com
- Prepare home for Brokers Tour with SILVAR post property on MLS
4. Marketing Property

- Organize and coordinate formal offer presentation
